• Final Sale: All pre-order transactions are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified under any circumstances.

• No Refunds: Pre-order purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure that you fully understand the nature of the transaction before confirming your order.

• Cancellation Policy: As all pre-orders are final and non-refundable, cancellations are not permitted once the transaction is processed.
   

Fulfillment and Delivery Policy
 

• Pre-order Fulfillment: All items are available for pre-order and will be delivered digitally upon the official release of the game. No physical goods will be shipped.

• Digital Delivery: Upon the game’s official release, pre-order items will be made available for digital download or access. Access details will be provided to you via the account used for purchase.

• No Physical Shipping: This is an online-only transaction; no physical products will be shipped. All items will be provided digitally.

• Delivery Timing: Pre-order items will be available for access on the official release date of the game. Please note that delivery timing is subject to the final release schedule.
